R4 - Snipe, Antihoist & More

We've been cooking up some exciting new features - here's everything that's new!
NEW FEATURES
Snipe
- Retrieve recently deleted or edited messages with /snipe
- Catch messages that someone didn't want you to see
Antihoist
- Automatically removes hoisting characters (!, @, #, etc.) from usernames
- Configurable default name for users whose names are entirely hoisting characters
- Manual /dehoist command for moderators
CHANGES
Starboard
- Moved from its own section to the Tools category
Ban & Tempban
- /ban and /tempban have been merged into a single /ban command
- Now accepts multiple users at once
