1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AmpersandBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AmpersandBot ("the Service") is a Discord bot operated by the AmpersandBot Team. It provides various features and utilities for Discord servers, including but not limited to moderation tools, automation features, and server management capabilities.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Send spam, harass, or abuse other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Bug Reporting Obligation
Users are obligated to report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or security issues discovered while using the Service. Reports should be submitted to the AmpersandBot Team through the Discord server. Actively exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or security issues without reporting them, or continuing to exploit them after reporting, will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the AmpersandBot Team and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. User-generated content (such as server configurations, messages, or other data entered into the Service) is not subject to the intellectual property rights of the AmpersandBot Team. Users are fully responsible for the content they create, upload, or share through the Service.
7. Termination
The AmpersandBot Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Service Commitments
The AmpersandBot Team is committed to providing a reliable and secure service. The AmpersandBot Team strives to maintain reasonable uptime, implement appropriate security measures, and ensure the Service functions as intended. While the AmpersandBot Team cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond its control (such as Discord API outages or third-party service disruptions), reasonable efforts will be made to minimize downtime and resolve issues promptly.
9. Liability
The AmpersandBot Team holds responsibility for the Service and will make reasonable efforts to address any issues that arise from its use. If you experience problems with the Service, please contact the AmpersandBot Team and we will work to resolve them. However, the AmpersandBot Team cannot be held liable for issues caused by factors outside its control, such as Discord platform changes, third-party service failures, or user misuse of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
The AmpersandBot Team reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated revision date.
